Our beginnings
Fût Idéal was founded in 1996 by Mr. Jean-Guy Prévost. The company quickly took over the Greater Montreal Area, thanks to Mr. Prévost’s determination, innovative spirit and his original team of three dedicated employees.
It was already on its way to becoming the leader of its industry.
At the beginning of the 2000s, a growing clientele leads the company to move from its offices in Mr. Prévost’s home, to more spacious facilities. More employees are then hired to meet the increasing demand.
All about trust…
The company then developed its field of expertise based on the installation and servicing of draft beer, wine and soda, to expand to the liquor control systems. A few years later, the beergas distribution service was added.
In 2009, the company developed new, more efficient, refrigeration processes for its clients’ beer towers.
From this point on, major players in the bars and restaurants industry decided to exclusively work with Fût Idéal, which solidified the existing trust bond the company had built with its clientele.
Today, with a network of nearly 100 professionals across Quebec, the company is well equipped to push back its high quality standards in order to offer an incomparable service to its clients across Canada.
